Currently committed to laser application technology development and integration, an ultra-fast laser technology development laboratory was setup in 2017 for co-operation in joint development with other laser field leaders from France, the United States, Japan, and others.

Since 2017, a mass transfer technology laboratory was established,In 2019, Stroke PAE Mini LED mass transfer MP solution was adapted to by the market. In the same year, an Advanced Semiconductor Packaging Technology Laboratory was also established. Since then, we have begun to emerge in the optoelectronics and semiconductor markets in response to a highly technology-intensive competitive market.

Concurrently in 2019, a team of legal lawyers was put together to conduct patent layout and rights maintenance related business.
